AWARENESS & INTERNAL AUDIT TRAINING COURSE FOR ISO 9001:2015

PURPOSE OF THE COURSE The Awareness and Internal Audit training course is based on the latest version of ISO 9001:2015. After completing the course, students can conduct internal audits of the company’s quality management system and report the results to determine whether the system meets the requirements of ISO 9001:2015 standards or not. After completing and passing the course, students will be granted a certificate of PQI Vietnam on Awareness and Internal Auditor of ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System. PARTICIPANTS All members of the company from leaders, managers to employees can participate in the course. This course is essential not only for internal auditors but also for management, quality and production managers who desire an effective and successful quality management system. CONTENT: Quality management systems: Introduction and explanation of concepts: Quality management, Quality management systems, Quality vocabulary and ISO 9001 standards. Management system audit: Content of audits, objectives and plans, way to approach, implementation and reporting of audit results. Auditors: Responsibilities, characteristics and selection of auditors. Certification for auditors. Audit tools: Tools available to assist auditor. Standards revision process: Overview of the standard revision process, considering proposed new requirements and potential impacts. Evaluation of training results is done by continuously assessing trainees’ activities throughout the process of learning in theory and practice. Trainees will take the exam for 2 hours before the end of the training course. TRAINING TIME The course runs for 2 days. For training courses at the enterprise, the lecturer will announce the lunch break and break time in accordance with the working time of the enterprise.
