WHAT IS ISO 9001: 2015?

(QMS – Quality Management System): An international standard for quality management system.

I. WHY DOES BUSINESS NEED TO APPLY ISO 9001:2015?

– The business wants to assert its ability to consistently provide products that meet customer’s and regulator’s requirements.

– The business wants to improve customer’s satisfaction

– Enterprises need to continuously improve the results of production and business activities to achieve the goals
