QA (Quality Assurance) is to monitor, manage product quality.
QA is the division commander, responsible for the entire standardization and process checks to ensure product quality.
Check the quality of products (referred to as KCS, English QC) is testing and quality control of products; placed alternating between the production stage and in finished products to check the quality of the products. QC department is to implement the provisions and guidelines of QA in the inspection and classification of product quality.
Introduction of management system standards are applied common in Vietnam and the world.
OBJECTIVES
– To provide general knowledge about the methods and quality management standards
– Equip awareness and sharing experiences necessary for the application of quality management system according to ISO 9001: 2015.
– Share some experience in the evaluation process to avoid oversights common
– Control process by statistics generated mindset for continuous improvement thanks to:
– Determine the rules from data analysis statistics
– Proposed measures to stabilize and improve product quality
– Create coordination between QA and QC and operational personnel, to eliminate the cause of the error – disabled.
